EXPERIENCE AND EFFICIENCY
The Law Office «George D. Chloupis and Partners» was founded in 2001 by George Chloupis and is situated in Moschato, Attica. Through the processing of a variety of cases covering the whole legal spectrum, it has developed a wide clientele, including Public Entities, corporations and private individuals. Aiming at a thorough addressing of every case, it possesses a wide range of partners, including lawyers, accountants and financial advisors, notaries, bailiffs, each holding high specialization in the respective field.
George D. Chloupis (Attorney at Law-Ph.D, author) possesses a Doctor iuris degree from the Law School, University of Athens. He teaches many subjects, both undergraduate and postgraduate, as a Lecturer at the Law School, European University of Cyprus, and an Associate Professor of Criminology and Penal Law at the Police Academy of Greece. Also, he teaches at the Postgraduate Programme of the Hellenic Open University (Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο).

Attorney at law at the Supreme Court, Ph. D., Lecturer at Criminal Law and Criminal Policy, practicing law since June 1996.
– In October 1994 I became a partner at the law office “Evangelos Chloupis & parnters’’, initially as a trainee lawyer and afterwards from June 1996 till the end of 2000 as a lawyer practicing on the general science of law, emphasing on merchant, penal, civil, marine and marine-elaborative law.
– In 2001, I set up my own law office, “Georgios D. Chloupis & partners, law office” located in Moschato-Αthens, collaborating with a team of efficient, highly qualified partners, practicing on the general science of law.
– Since 2005 I have been cooperating with the National Bank of Greece as a legal advisor in the field of housing credit.
– In August 2007 I was appointed legal advisor of IKA (Social Security Institute), at its branch office of I.K.A. E.T.A.M. (Piraeus).
-Since April 2014 I have been cooperating with the Orthodox Church of Greece, as a legal advisor in penal cases.

Tzioukas Th. Dimitrios is a Lawyer at Court, a member of the Chalcis Bar Association, and an associate of the Law Office “George Chloupis and Associates”. He studied law at the European University of Cyprus, where he shined academically, graduating in 2019 with distinction and First Class Honours (9,4 grade). During his studies he received high praise and recognition from his professors because of his academic acumen. He has participated in many conferences and law workshops. He speaks english and german.

Irini Tsiraki is a Lawyer at Court, a member of the Athens Bar Association and an associate of the Law Office “George Chloupis and Associates”. She holds two bachelor degrees, having studied Political Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Law at the University of Nicosia. Specialising in Penal/Criminal Law she has taken part in many criminal cases over the course of her training seeing them to completion. She has participated in criminal law seminars and speaks English.

The Greek Golden Visa program springs from ar. 20 of Law 4251/2014 which constitutes the right of a non-EU citizen to apply for a permanent residence permit in Greece, and therefore have the right to travel in the Schengen zone countries. Additionally, one that has successfully been given a permanent resident status in Greece, can, in 7 years time, if consecutively living within the greek borders, aquire a greek citizenship, hence an EU-passport.
