George D. Chloupis (Attorney at Law-Ph.D, author) possesses a Doctor iuris degree from the Law School, University of Athens. He teaches many subjects, both undergraduate and postgraduate, as an assistant Professor at the Law School, European University of Cyprus, and Professor of Criminology and Penal Law at the Police Academy of Greece. Also, he teaches at the Postgraduate Programme of the Hellenic Open University (Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο).

The Law Office «George D. Chloupis and Partners» was founded in 2001 by George Chloupis and is situated in Moschato, Attica. Through the processing of a variety of cases covering the whole legal spectrum, it has developed a wide clientele, including Public Entities, corporations and private individuals.
